Please call the office at 845-360-9864 to set up an appointment.

Practice Policies and Procedures

  • Patient or Guardian is responsible for payments at the time of the visit, by FSA, HSA, credit card, check or cash.

    • A new patient visit is $250.

    • A follow up visit is $160.

    • Injections may be an additional cost, if combined with OMT.

  • Our office does not participate with any insurance companies.  The office will not be involved with any issues related to insurance, nor do we negotiate with insurance companies on your behalf. The patient will be provided a detailed medical receipt to submit to their insurance for possible reimbursement. Medicare and Medicaid will NOT reimburse the patient for out of network medical services provided at this office, as this office is “opted out”.

  • When a patient offers a late-cancellation or is a no-show, it creates a problem for the practice.  All appointments must be cancelled 2 working days in advance by 3 p.m. to avoid charges for a no- show or late-cancellation. The fee for a late-cancellation or a no-show is $80. Payment of the late-cancellation and no-show fee will be automatically charged, and this must be made before further appointments are allowed. If more than 2 appointments are missed, a patient may be dismissed from our practice.

  • Please call if you are running late for your scheduled appointment. We will try to accommodate late patients up to 10 minutes after their scheduled treatment time, but their treatment may be cut short, in order to treat on-time patients, or they may be asked to wait.

  • A returned check penalty fee of $70 will be charged for any check dishonored by the drawee bank. The returned check and penalty fee will be automatically charged, and this must be paid before further appointments are allowed.

Scope of Practice

  • As this is a specialty practice focusing on Neuromusculoskeletal/Osteopathic Manipulation, a patient is required to have a Primary Care Physician, who will act as the main coordinator of their care and who they can call in case of an emergency.

  • This specialty practice does NOT prescribe any opioid medications for pain management.
